| You can sign up at any time by clicking on the "Sign Up" button located on the top menu bar. Signing up entails a 3-step process: |

Enter your information. In order to properly process your
application we need your name, email address and the user ID and password you want.
We also require your billing address that matches the credit card you are
using. All information is transmitted securely using 128 bit SSL encryption.
You need to decide if you want to pay via credit card or MoneyGram ExpressPayment®. If you select a major credit card, you will need to enter your card number and amount you would like to pay. |

Submit the application to PCCall.com |
| Once you submit your application, You will receive an activation email within 1 business day (usually within a couple of hours on business days!). The email contains instructions on how to download the software necessary to use our service. If you selected "MoneyGram" as a method of payment, you will be given a unique ExpressPayment® number to submit payment at your local MoneyGram. |
