| After you have downloaded and installed the software, there are just three easy steps to place a successful call: |

1. Connect to the Internet & click on the PCCall icon on your desktop.
2. Dial the number (beginning directly with the country code) and click "Call". So, for example, to dial the US you would dial 1 + area code + phone number, to dial the UK you would dial 44 + the city code + phone number, etc.
3. Once the call party answers you can adjust the sensitvity of the mic and the volume of the speakers on the bottom of the dialer
To end the call click "End" on your dialer.
